The under eye bags is notonly do something bad to one's looking ,but also has something bad to the blood circlulation of eyes ,which makes the skin around eyes dry.under eye bags is caused by the skin's limp under the eyelid and the fat's piling up together in the eyes ,it generally appears that the skin under eyelid starts to droop and overstaffed.and it may happen on the people of middle and old age,however,the phenomenon on the youth of the under eyelid's limp appearance ,and it's more likely to be caused by the muscle of eye socket becomes fat.
